To place a Cash on Delivery order through our checkout, you provide:

• The quantity you want to order

Order verification

When you place an order we send a one-time password (OTP) by SMS to the mobile number you entered, so we can confirm the number is real and reachable. This protects you and us from accidental and fraudulent orders.

When you browse the site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

• Pages you view and actions you take on the site

• Steadfast Courier Ltd — we share your name, mobile number, and delivery address so they can deliver your order and collect the Cash on Delivery payment.
• Our SMS provider (sms.net.bd) — receives your mobile number to deliver your verification code and order updates.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) — receives hashed identifiers and ad-event data so we can measure and improve our advertising, as described above.
• Our hosting and technology providers — store and protect the site and order data on our behalf.
• Authorities, when required — we may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property and that of others.

5How we protect your information

Our site is served over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Verification codes are stored only in a hashed form and expire after a short time. We restrict access to order information to the people who need it to fulfil and support your order, and — because we are Cash on Delivery only — no payment-card data is ever stored on this site. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

We keep your order details for as long as we need them to deliver and support your order, and afterwards for as long as required to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
