At Lunara Shower, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Change-of-mind requests (unless unused and sealed)


2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at contact@lunarashower.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with next steps.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@lunarashower.com.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label

  • Otherwise, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@lunarashower.com
